 I forgot to mention that there was a gun pointed to my head because there was an altercation between me and another guest who threatened me and my dog for no reason when I was a good 10 feet away from him and I tried to talk to them in the stairwell as he was at the top of the steps and that's when he pulled his gun out and came down to the bottom of the steps and I run out door and hold it shut for dear life and he tried to kick it open three times as I push the door and to keep him from opening the door and he was pointing his gun at me saying I'm gonna kill your f****** a** and said it three times each time as he was kicking the door and eventually gave up as I was screaming for police and he Ran off but was later arrested and I was kicked out ultimately because a gun was pointed at my face and I was a victim. There is no reason for the hotel to kick me out it was unjust and wrong and I was a victim . I didn't want to bring the gun and all the other issues and all that and didn't think I would have to go that far in my report but because I received the rebuttal so quickly I'm going to have to come out and give the whole story when in fact I just wanted to explain that I felt that I was being kicked out over a service dog when in reality there is more to the situation as I was kicked out because I was a victim of violence and the other guy was crazy and armed and was arrested as the incident happened on film.

You say your dog never barked or bit anyone.  So did they just say you have a dog...get out?  Unlikely.  So what was the exact reason they gave you(even if you don't agree).
