I see that everyone else is beginning to write about this DUMP! I am also living at Canopy At Belfort Park on the Southside of Jacksonville. I have definitely had my share of rentals and this has to be the LOWEST GRADE PROPERTY that was ever built!!!! READ THE REVIEWS under Yelp, linktown, ripoff report and oh they did have a YouTube video out there that had reviews but they removed it because the reviews WERE AWFUL!!!!

Maintenance Guys Zack and Doug will go through all your rooms and investigate what they need to take back to Andrew & Brittny to tell on you like your in 3rd grade. Next thing you know is that the office staff are searching apartments. NO BOUNDARIES OR PRIVACY!!!!!!
 
There are wonderful apartments just down the road called Lxxx Lxxx, Uxxxxx, THE Lxxxx  (((REDACTED))) that offer better deals. TELL THEM THE DEALS CANOPY ARE OFFERING AND THEY WILL OFFER YOU A BETTER DEAL. My neighbor has already moved there from this DUMP!
 
If your looking for safety - This isn't the place! THEY ALSO DON'T LIKE CHILDREN HERE!
 
Also, people are JUNKING up the place with garbage everywhere!
 
BE SMART AND READ REVIEWS AND LOOK AT OTHER APARTMENTS BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION TO MOVE HERE AND THEN REALLY REALLY REGRET IT!!!!!!!
