He is at it again. Using a different name and a hard working single mom's money to open up a new restaurant on main street in Peabody, Ma. 

If you search Yelp.com for reviews of his Catering business, you will see that the same person that raved about it, is a person that recently raved about Little Italy Cafe on 46 main street Peabody, Ma. The username on Yelp.com is Allison from Littleton ,Ma. She then goes to trash on the pizza shop he used to work at prior to his new business. He even refers to himself as a chubby cook with medical issues in his review of this place. 

Not an incredible intelligent individual, however he is convincing. Mostly because after speaking with him, you tell yourself... This guy is either the real deal or just plain crazy. Because nobody could be so low to be lying in this situation.

That is how it was with me. I'd rather not post how Roger tried to scam me. However, he doesn't realize that I've done my research on him. Because if anything terrible happens to someone, I would like to help them get this guy. 

He is currently trying to sign contracts with investors under false names. Therefore making the contract invalid and himself a little richer. 

Since he uses different names, we'll never know just how many people he has hurt. However, if you do need to get in touch with this individual here is updated information.

But this is not his legal name. If you have come in contact with someone that seems like a possible conartist and goes by the name of Roger Paradiso, please be on alert.

I have a judgment against Roger Williamson - Canosa Catering. He wrote a letter to the court the day before he was subpoenaed to appear with a made-up story as to why he could not show. The clerk magistrate obviously checked his prior court records and did not believe him (lots of people have taken him to court and have endured his many stories, excuses, accusations). He did not show up for court or for the subsequent trial date issuing payment schedule. I have a Arrest Capias against him and intend to use it.

I also have a huge file on Roger Williamson which includes a large list of people that he has scammed. Just to name a few - Pam in Florida, Maria in Chelsea, Mark in the U.K., and various landlords with whom I have personally spoken. Beware of this man and don't be fooled by him. Run to the nearest police station or court house. He always will threaten to take you to court or report you to the police, but he won't (and can't) because HE will be arrested!!!!

Hello I to have been scammed by Roger Williamson He brought food to my house in Oct of 2006 for my wedding in Aug of 2007 everything was going good and he always called with new Ideas and prices I signed a contract with him the day he showed up with food and my family was here with me, He came in my house and made me feel very important and then in January due to tax reasons he asked if we can pay him in full and he would take off $500.00 off our Balance.. We thought that would be great but my gut told me not to.. I should have listened to my gut. we paid him in Total $3,761.36.. 3 Weeks before my wedding I wanted to relax cause I had been doing everything for my wedding arangments so I check my email He not called but sent an email saying due the the IRS he has been shut down and he can't do my wedding and He also can't return my money right away He wasn't even sorried for what he was doing to us.. He said Mass Law he says I have to wait 30 days for a refund.. THATS BULL Here it is March of 2008 and I only have gotten $500.00 dollars from him and thats only because My husband and I took him to court in November of 2007 and he was told he had 90 days to pay us in full and I haven't gotten anything sense then We had court on March 21st in Chelsea District Court and he never showed up he sent in a fake Doctors note saying he was having surgery on the date of court.. Let me tell you not even the courts beleive him they knew he was going to pull something like this... Specially after eveyone found out that he tried to get my husband fired from his job because we filed criminal charges against him. My husband is a police officer and Roger Knew that from day one and he still scammed us.. I wish I did a back ground check on him with the BBB he is on there for so many things.. I kick myself for not checking and He cost me $5,356.00 for a new caterer I should make him pay for that too but Right now I just want the money I paid him..
