 I was told I had a major hurdle to clear involving child custody between 2 states. Once I prevailed in which I did at a costly amount, I was pretty much told that my case would be pretty smooth.Not only did I work my tail off to provide valuable and documented info medical reports police reports etc that would be extremely damaging to my wife, and on the other hand wife and her attorney had no grounds to stand on as far as accusing myself of any wrong doing.I continued to gather more evidence to show how unfit and dangerous my wife was to our children, & continued to press my Attorney to forward an emergency motion to the Judge, & always would argue with me about well let me see how credible it would be, or was notorious for sitting on motions or filing them later than they should have been.I always felt I had to jump on him to get things done.But at the same time I would spend more time hearing from the accountant about adding to my retainer than hearing from my own Attorney.The result of this case was wife's Attorney who came out of retirement to practice again where he is a Real Estate attorney for the most part put his foot write up my Attorney who specializes in child custody A**.
