I have contacted canvasreplicas.com for the past 3 days about my messed up order and they have failed to respond. I paid for a Le Pont Des Arts painitng and the invoice proves this and I received the wrong item and when customer service got in touch they apprently couldn’t find my order so I sent them all the emails and the picture of the wrong painting I received to which after that they failed to respond because they can clearly see they have make a mistake and are not willing to rectify it. However if I was a customer device agent I would of just apologised and dealt with it ASAP! I am still shocked that this has not been dealt with!

This Report Is False & Made By A Competitor - Please Read Our Response

This is a false complaint.   We now know this was made by one specific competitor who has been trying to discredit us and also other companies who sell art.    Let us explain why we know this posting is a false complaint.   1) We have 33 customers named Timothy or Tim in our database who have purchased from us and none are located in Boston or even Massachusetts.   2) No one by the name Timothy or Tim has purchased from us since December of 2016.   3) We have not had an order for the specific painting they listed (Le Pont Des Arts) since February of 2012.   That order was sold to Patrick O. in Arlington, VA.    4) We guarantee all our work.   If a customer has an issue with a painting or received the incorrect painting they simply need to return it for a refund or in the case of receiving the incorrect painting, the correct painting will be sent..   Our guarantee policy is very clear - we stand by all our work.   5) We have a four check process in our shipping systems to insure the customer receives the correct painting they ordered.   For "Timothy" to say he received the incorrect painting is almost impossible but if he had we would have replaced it immediately. 6) Our customer service and communication is one of the things we pride ourselves on.  If you call during our business hours (listed below) you will speak to us live.   If you call after hours and leave a message you will receive a call back the next day.  If you send an email you will receive a reply within the hour.   It is one of the traits which sets us apart.  To say we "failed to respond" shows it is not a real customer.      

We know this is one specific vendor spamming us because this company has become infamous on RipOff Report for posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  They are using an offshore spamming service to flame all other vendors in the industry.  You can tell by the way these complaints are written.  We are not going to name them but if you wish to find out who they are you can easily find that information in the Consumer Comment sections of any complaint against us or any other art vendor.   We are very familiar with this company and they would certainly not be the first art company we would choose it we were a customer purchasing paintings.

We are sorry you had to spent your valuable time reading this false complaint and our explanation.   Unfortunately it appears this is the strategy of this competitor to post negative reviews against all other art vendors.  We will take the time to refute each false post.  We choose to grow about business by providing great paintings and great customer service.  If you wish to see how our real customers feel about our works and our service you can go to CanvasReplicas . com / Testimonials . htm.
