    United States of America - Canvas People Took Money for Product but Will Not Deliver Product, Unwilling to Provide Answers Internet

I ordered a canvas picture from this company on October 11, 2009.  I didn't receive the item and started to attempt to track it on November 1, 2009.  I was told the item hasn't been shipped and went to production on October 17.  Patt Handleman, the email responder, said he would check with production to see what the issue was.  Patt got back to me on November 3 and said the picture was not square and would need a border.  I questioned what other options we had and Patt responded saying he looked into it and found that the specifications of our order are right what they should be so he'll check back with production again and get back to me.  That happened on November 5.  I haven't received an answer to date (today is December 1) as to where my item is.  I don't get any reply from Patt until I ask for an update and again he just says he's checking with production.  I was patient up until November 28 and I requested an answer from production.  I let Patt know that I hadn't heard from him in the last 8 days and I received a rude response asking me if I was aware a holiday occurred within the last 8 days.  I explained that this item has been ordered for almost 2 months and I've been waiting for an answer about his checking with production for much longer than 8 days.  Sufficient time has been given to get a response.  I requested a call from his supervisor twice and that request has not been fulfilled.  They have a number to call on the signature line of their email responses but you don't have the option to speak to someone - you can only leave a message.  My card has been charged for this item and no product has been delivered.  I cannot get a straight answer to where my item is nor can I get decent customer service.  Rather, I get the runaround and rude responses from Patt Handleman.

Canvas People Run Around

I also ordered a canvas picture from this company on January 2, 2010.  I recieved it about 2 weeks later.  When I opened the package, I took out a canvas of some other family.  I also tried to call the company, but had to leave a message, and had to wait 4 days for someone to call me back.  I also sent an e-mail, and was responded to by the same Patt Handleman.  He asked me to take a picture of the canvas that was sent to me and e-mail it to him, so he could send me the one that belonged to me.  I sent him the picture, and got nothing in return.  I continued to e-mail, and he continued to say he needed to check with his production team.  So, I asked for him to refund the $17.99 shipping charge for the run around I was being given.  He told me that he needed to recoup his costs because he now had to make 2 canvases.  Not my problem, becauase the first canvas was not even a picture of my family.  They also did not want me to mail it back to them because it would cost too much.  Even though their distribution center is 20 miles from my house.  I have also tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau, but I cannot find a mailing address for the company, so I cannot file the report.  I just sent another e-mail the other day (now 4 1/2 weeks later) asking for answers, and I was asked to re-e-mail the wrong canvas picture so they can produce mine, which I thought they were producing a long time ago.  I am so sick of being tossed around by this company who has alreay taken my money and given me nothing in return.  I cannot get a straight answer from them and do not know what to do with the canvas of this other family that they have sent me.  Extremely frustrating.
