Capital 1 Payment Protection Services , Stonebridge Benefits LLC I called the phone# to cancel the payment charges to my creditcard and they had no record or information on me. Yet they charge my credit card causing overlimit charges. I am non exsistant to the company yet they are charging a protection fee. I want them to recognize I am and I want them to stop charging my credit card. Plano, Texas

I canceled my Capital 1 credit card and so that no other fees would be charged I called the phone# to also, cancel payment protection Stonebridge Benefits LLC. They told me they could find no record of me. I told them that is crap you have been charging a payment protection fee on my credit card. They said send that bill to the Plano Office or fax it. I think this is going to be a merry-go-round kind of thing.
