Capital Business Group - NTSI Network - BillTodd president Bill Todd of CapBizgroup and NTSI network ripped me off for $3000.00 buy signing me up for a gambling and RX websites that I could have become an affiliate for free! ripoff Tempe Arizona

On 01/23/06 I gave Bill Todd of Capital Business Group, Now NTSInetwork $3000.00 to build a gambling and RX websites. Bill and his associates assured me that after they set up and optmized or advertised the sites I would have a nice monthly income coming in.

I found out later that all he did was sign me up as an affilate for these websites, which I could have done myself for free. I did however get a CapBizGroup id# so I could access the statistics for my websites. The last time I was able to look before this site went down both websites had over 40,000 hits. Yet not one of those hits gambled or bought any RX products.

After some investigation of my own I discovered that the websites themselves didn't have any hits or customers.I hav'nt made a dime on either website over a year later. I can only surmise that Bill Todd ripped me off for $3000.00 and fraudulently made me think my websites were getting hits because of his supposed advertising and optmizing efforts.

What would you think? If nothing else think many times before doing any kind of business with Bill Todd. I hope these few paragraphs save a few people from making the mistakes I did.
