Capital Business Group ripped me off out of $8,000 Canadian Ripoff Tempe Arizona

On December 16, 2005 I invested with capital business group an amount of $900 US for two websites, a pharmacy site and a casino site. After I told him that I wasnt experienced on computers they offered me an advertising agreement with them that guaranteed me 60,000 visitors a year. I have all the documentation of this guarantee. I paid for that agreement $5900.00 US. At first I was aprehensive to commit to this but Mr. BIll TOdd called me excessively to convince me I would be $30,000 richer within a year. He acted like he was my best buddy and said we would be exchanging Christmas cards!!! After I gave my credit card number to him, It was very hard to reach him ever again. Everytime I called someone different would answer the phone. I was even told that one guy who I dealt with was fired for drinking! Maybe I was a fool, but at this time I started to worry. My site was not getting any hits and when I finally did get over 10,000 hits but not making any money I called to see why. I talked to Jeff who told me that those reports were all fake. That is when I knew there was something not right with this company. I finally got a hold of BIll Todd who told me that they were having server problems and in a couple of weeks I should be making money. A month went by, and two and three and still nothing. I checked this company out on Better Business Bureau (my girlfriends suggestion) where I did see that they have a bad reputation. I felt sick to my stomach. I have had many sleepless nights and developed Diabetes and ulcers. I dont understand how this man could be so heartless. In the beginning I told him about my situation was not good and that I hoped for a successful relationship. He promised me that I would be a happy man. It is now April of 2007 and I have not been able to talk to BIll Todd at all. I have called numerous times and have been told he has had a stroke. Probably just another lie so he doesnt have to answer the phone! Now when I call, it is a different company that answers the phone and 5 minutes into the conversation they asked me to give them my full name to check my history. Still though, they said Bill Todd is too busy to get on the phone. I told them I will come right to Tempe to get my money back, their answer was "Our address you have is a P.O Box" You wont find us. I cant believe there is someone who is able to do this to other people. Please help to get this guy out of business, or better yet arrested. He is stealing peoples hard earned money.
