william k wheeler received a letter in the mail to get a 5000 dollar credit card and sent in his 39 dollar process fee and never received a card. the check was sent on 12/03/01 and cleared the bank on 12/14/01. he called the 800 number to inquire and was told by a recording he needed a card number to talk to someone. since he never received a card he could get no one on the phone and can not get a card or his money from them.
