I got their approval certificate in November, and send the so called processing fee to them in December. However, I have never got their card so far.

I thought it was the same company as Capital One, so I called them to complain. The service personnel told me they never charge the processing fee and they are not the company I mentioned, and then I felt like an idiot.

Conseguently, I searched for capital choice consumer credit card on Internet, and I found out there are so many people in the same situation as me. I wanna my money back, and no more poeple cheated!!!!!!!!!
