Capital Choice Rip Off

I too was sent a promise in the mail from Capital Choice of a platinum credit card with a $6500.00 limit with 0% interest for the first year. I paid $43.00 to rush the processing.

Up to date I am still awaiting this credit card.

I recently received a member card from C.C.S(First National) with a credit purchase limit of $6500.00 to be used to order merchandise from their catalog only.

I don't know if this is what I received from Capital Choice in place of the promised credit card but after reading the different rip off stories I believe I too have been scammed.

Although $43.00 may not seem like a lot of money and it could of been a lot worse I'd like to get my money back and have them put out of business. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this are welcome.
