Capital City Paving LLC David Wanko warranty to unwarranty New Albany Ohio

On Wednesday, 10/26/16, this gentlemen came to the door & wanted to know if we needed any area of our driveway blacktop cause he had extra from doing a job down the street.  He later stated he did work for the farm auction location just about a 1/2 mile away.  So we had him pave our driveway & creat another area for parking.  The total was $7200.00 & they said is was under warranty for 1 year which is on their papaerwork.  On Friday 10/28/16 the blacktop was coming apart already & crumbling which we contacted them this day, they said they would have to call back next week.  On Monday, 10/31/16 we contacted them again & got the same response about they were busy & would call back.  Today, 11/2/16 we tried to contact them & contact a recording stating " not reachable".  This blacktop has weeds already coming up thru it, & my outdoor cats this it is kitty liter they can scratch it loose.  Also, you can see tire marks all thru it.  I have cancelled checks & pictures.  This is not going to hold up this winter let alone the time properly blacktop should.
