Capital Consumer Credit ripoff, all lies

Hello,

I Janene Candelario was ripped off by Capital Consumer Credit. I had sent a check for 43.00. I decided I didn't want the card and stopped payment on the check as I had read negative reports about Capital Consumer Credit on the internet. They used my check to make an unauthorized withdrawel from my checking account. They stated that by my sending in the application I had authorized them to electronically withdraw the money. My bank stated that my check was never presented. Capital Consumer Credit illegally took money from my account. They also signed me up for Hartford Autoclub without my consent and also a phone card. Both of which I had to call and cancel. These two companies were extremely rude when I didn't want there memberships.

We spoke with Capital Consumer Credit and they claim they will refund out money once we receive their package and send it back.
I doubt I will see any money back.
I hope someone can help me.
