Capital Financial Ripped Off Completely no help from Bank either ripoff Largo Florida

This company said I would be given a "credit card" with a $2,000 limit. They said I need to pay 10% of the credit limit in order to receive the card. I paid $200 from my account and was told I would have a $200 credit voucher to use once I got the card.

The card was never sent and everytime I call the 888 number I'm on hold for a long time then the phone hangs up.

I contacted my bank and filed a complaint. My Bank has the recording stating I agreed to this card. But the problem is that they don't have the information prior to the recording in where they tell me it's a "Credit Card". That it will build my credit. Nor the part in which I stop to ask questions during the recording because of what they were saying. I would ask questions during the finalizing.. they would then come back and tell me something else to make it seem as if it's a real card again. So the final recording is me agreeing with the mindset that I'm getting a real credit card.

This is now 5 months later, I can't get a hold of this company and my bank won't help me.

I've lost $200 and there seems no way for me to get the money back.

This is a seriously messed up situation.
