Capital First contacted me at work and conned me into applying for a credit card this was back in late June. They kept promising me my "package" was on its way, but i had to wait the full 2-4 weeks before reporting it as not received.

My last package was supposed to arrive on Nov. 30. Surprise, surprise

I have not received anything, except the 3 charges to my debit card! All attempts to contact them at their phone number ring busy.
