My sister authorized debit with people. When I called them to let them know that they wrongfully took my money they said that's your problem, and hung up the phone. I did get part of my money back from my bank but I am still owed 59.95.

capital one has taken about 200.00 from my bank account with out my authorizing it to do so. iam out of the money and they refuse to talk to me.i have closed the account to stop them from stealing my money.
