CAPITAL FIRST ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing deceptive company Miami Florida

I along with many others have been ripped off by Capital First. They have $159.00 of my hard earned money. It sounded like a good thing when they called.

I received my package and called to cancel within 7 days of receiving it as stated in package. I then learned the $ had been taken out the day before I called to cancel. They sent me the package 2 weeks after their records showed. I was then apologized to for the mistake and told the $ would be put back in my account.

After 2 weeks and no refund I called back and was then told I needed to return the package, which I did. Two weeks later they "never received package" so I went thru the fax process which 2 weeks to get through. Was then told within 14 days $ woudl be refunded.

Alas it's been 3 months in all of me calling them, faxing them, pleading and threatening. I phoned the Better Business Bureau and appratently they have many complaints. Please help all of us who have been scammed. We work hard for our money and it's just not right.
