Capital First offered me a credit card for $189.95 fee. Naively I agreed and they debit my bank account but the card was never delivered. I called them and demanded a refund but was instructed to requested in writting and to wait about six week for the refund.

Needless to say, after six weeks passed the refund never arrived. I called them again, and was told it usually takes two months to process the refund. Again it didn't arrive.

This time when I called their line was busy, at all times.
These crooks are the my worst nightmares. I hope they all go to jail and burn in hell.
