Capital Honda false statements, Unsatisfactory rating with BBB

We purchased a Honda Civic. During the whole process we were rushed and given false statements that were not true. Being a first time buyer we were not aware of how this environment works.

The car was sold to us for $18800 at 11% at 411.00 a month. The actual MSRP which we found out later was around $17100. I know that as a consumer we should have been more aware that people are not honest. There were several statements that were said that were false. Our salesman said that they were rated high with the Better Business Bureau, which in fact they have an "Unsatisfactory" rating. When I looked at the sticker price on the car and asked him if that was the price he said, " that is not the actual price, someone put the wrong price on this car."

This ordeal was learning experience to me. We were overcharged in financing charges and other non-needed items. ie, we purchased an alarm at $900 from the dealer but you can buy one anywhere for $200.

There were other scare tactics that were used. I just want to warn first time buyers about this establishment so they don't make the same mistakes that we have.
