I have trying to get a home mortage for months when I was contact by Mathew Shephard. He said that he work for Capital Leanding Advisors and that he could get a 2.99% loan that all was needed was proof income and that I can monthly payment. Once income was prove I was told that I need to $ 1500 to cover all cost. I paid the money and only hear from them once. Ralph Jacksonville , Florida
