my wife recieved a phone call from these people on jan 10/08 regarding an acct. our daughter had with sears---the person calling refused to give his name only a call back #--he gave my wife 45 minutes to get hold of our daughter or else--as my wife told him we only have a contact # for her and she would give it to him, he said it was her responsibility to get hold of her or else and hung up--he called back later and said her time was up and what was she going to do about the acct.--she told him nothing because it was not her acct.--he tells her she is now responsible for it because they have her s.s.# d.o.b. and addr. and she needs to take of this right now--she refused--he then tells her she is an unfit mother and a sorry individual for not paying her daughters debts--he tells her she co-signed for our daughter and she was responsible for it and must be taken care of right now and to quit being a sorry mother and own up to her responsibility
