Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Have had several credit card accounts with Capital One Bank....very high interest rates, bills arrive past the past due dates and am charged $29 every month which I've sent letters to them on...I refuse to pay them...I want recovery of all late fees on all accounts...thanks--WHAT A RIPOFF..over limit fees are outrageous too....you go over the limit due to the late fees! The very worst company for credit cards...

JUST DISCOVERED THAT CAPITAL ONE BANK HAS FILED COMPAINTS AGAINS US AND HAS DAMAGED OUR CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE OF THEIR SENDING BILLS LATE, CHARGING LATE FEES EVERY MONTH, AND 22.5% INTEREST...AAAAAANNNNNND DAMAGING OUR CREDIT...SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HORRIFIC CORPORATION..OR TELL US WHAT TO DO TO GET THIS OFF OUR CREDIT REPORT--FUMING IN MIAMI.
