Capital One Credit Cards - OSI Collections RIPOFF Is in bed with OSI Collections Richmond VA Virginia

I had a Visa card Capital One Sliver Card with a $1500.00 Credit Line I was Late on The Card and it was due to a divorce I was a few payments late and they turned it over to OSI for collection.

I never had the card over the limet but Capital One was reporting a balance of $2400.00 Recently I contacted Capital One after seeing on my credit file and spoke to them I made them an offer if they would accept $1500.00 payment that day to remove it from the credit history they agreed

So I sent them a bank check and on the back of the check I had written what they had agreed to, and that the account was paid in full and was to be deleted from the credit file.

The check was cashed, but there showing a balance at this time I called Capital One and they transfered my call to another department that deparment was OSI. Collection agency I think they need to be held to there agreement so I will be looking for legal Councel.
