Capital One Finance Company Harrassing calls for loan to someone with a similar name Monterey Park, California

In the past two days, I've been called five times about an overdue car loan taken out by someone with a similar name.

During the fourth call, we established that the person they're looking for has a different middle initial, and the caller apologized for the inconvenience.

The next day the calls resumed. The call center workers clearly don't speak English as their first language; my guess is a Philippine location. I asked if there was any notation about the previous calls, and the caller ignored all my questions and continued reading from her script.

When I demanded to speak with a supervisor, I was refused.

When they call again, as I'm sure they will, I'll demand to speak to a supervisor who speak English as their first language. There no point heaping abuse on an entry-level minimum-wage third-world.

I have never had a loan from Capital One because of their predatory reputation, and I certainly never will!
