Capitol Buildings, Sophia NC and Diamond Outdoors, Denton NC9035 North Carolina 49, Denton, NC 27239 The owner of this company fails to report their employees rate of pay to the child support office. They provide false documentation which states that their employees make less than minimum wage so that their employees have less of a financial obligation to the support of their children. They also pay their employees under the table in cash in particular Joseph Warren. denton and sophia North Carolina

The company Capitol Buildings and Diamond Outdoors fail to report the actual income of their workers to the child support office. They state that they pay one particular worker Joseph Warren $250 a week which is less than minimum wage for his 40 hour a week job. The company also pays their workers in cash and provides false documentation that fails to report when that employee is paid in cash. I think the IRS and the Wage and Hour Division of the State Board of NC should audit this company and report correctly to the child support offices and make these people pay taxes for the income that they are making.
Basically, these people scam their customers, their children and their country.

Actually it is none of your business how we pay our employees or sub contractors and i dont think you know how many hours your ex husband works. I have spoken to Mr Warren about this subject and he has always paid his child support and is current on his payments and has never been behind according to the state of NC, yes i called. It is in your best interest not to slander my company or i will have a lawyer start proceedings against you for slander and bring you to court. If you have a problem with your ex husband or NC child support please take it up with them.
