Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripoff taking advantage of elderly sick people ripped off and scammed Miami Florida

Capitol choice consumer credit claims my father applied for their credit card and as a way to thank him they gave 1000 free minuet calling card. My father is 78 years old and in very poor health. He never applied for this credit card and would never take advantage of a calling card offer because he would not know how to even use one. They started taking $39.00 per month out of his checking account and have been doing so for the last 6 months.

He has never received a calling card from these people EVER and does not have a credit card with them. How do I get justice for my father and get him over $313.00 they owe him? This company is taking advantage of the ill and the elderly.

My parents live off their social security checks only and need every penny of their money. This company is as bad a rip off as I have ever seen.
