CAPITOL ONE CREDIT CARDS, KRAMER AND FRANKS PC OF ST LOUIS MISSOURI HAD HAND SELECTED PROCESS SERVERS FORGED MY NAME ON DOCUMENTS AND TURNED THEM INTO THE COURT AS SERVED AND SIGNED BY ME SAINT LOUIS Missouri

I have knowledge and experience closely matching this complaint except it has gone too far.  I am trying to bring a attention to this matter and this judge. 

It's very difficult to cause a judge to be censured or even disbarred.  But it can be done.  I have corroborating evidence of misconduct.

There is a website on line  called courthouse forum where you can record your experiences with any judge and especially ones who are coming up for renewal.  There are other interesting topics on that site.

Okay, so I went to court just as I said I would and Standridge (I ain't calling him judge and he sure as heck has no honor) without any statement from Kramer and Frank continued the case to November for trial.  So far I have made 2 trips downtown only to have the judge confer ex parte (which is not allowed) with Plaintiff's attorney in the courtroom.  No one else knows what they are saying but after a few minutes the judge speaks for the attorney who doesn't have to file a motion to continue because she has the judge in her back pocket.  Disgusting to say the least.

They have not presented one single solitary thing other than the Initial Claim they themselves prepared that they own the debt or that I owe the debt.  They do not even have legal standing to sue but this FRAUD of a judge continues this abuse of the courts.

I'm very stubborn when I really get a hold of something and I'm not letting this drop.  I have been reading and there is very little that can be done with a crooked or biased judge since basically he is (how handy) also the one who would decide if he (himself) is biased.  Ain't that a crock?  Of course he wouldn't admit he's a crook getting a payoff why would he.  Either that or he's having extracurriculars with the young attorney he's nursemaid to.

I'll keep plugging away and somehow I will get the media involved and turn up the heat.  If Standridge won't confess he's a crook so be it but I betcha next election he's out on his duff.

I was served by a man and woman presumably but I have no name to go with them but they were really tacky and bordering on stalking if not doing so.  I'd like to find out if these are the same 2 slimeballs as the ones referenced by the other victims of Standridge and Kramer and Frank.

My tax dollars are helping pay this slug's salary.  And that is pretty disgusting imo.

Thanks, I assume your response is to me.  If so, I would say that I did not really let them know I was there, they saw me through a window and then proceeded to follow me through the house, my bathroom window was open as I was taking a shower and they heard and came and talked to me through the open window.

This is so wrong and I have seen Judge Standridge's performances in court and he is, at best, leaning over backwards to help these lowlife attorneys and their equally low-life process servers.  He was rude to me but he sure looked cozy with Kramer and Frank's attorney that was there.

I have to go down there again tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it and I don't trust the judge for 2 seconds.  I think if he can find one T I didn't cross he'll throw the book at me and give them their judgment.

Its wrong this stuff goes on and no one is there to listen who will do anything.  I do recall the judge who lost her position after it was found she was gambling and in serious debt problems and allegedly making deals with some attorneys so there's evidence that judges can be crooks too.

the first mistake you made was admitting that you were in the home. i don;t doubt at all that these so called jackson county approved process servers stepped over the line.

I of course had a witness that i was over 15 miles away when they forged my signature and left the paperwork in the door. my forgers Michelle and Rodney Boxley were fired to cover the process server companies butt, but this is their policies. i just busted them at it.

but Karma has came to the boxleys. Michelle can barely hold a drivers license and works at Cloverleaf Apts in Kc ( a run down dump with Section 8) rodney had his truck repo'd but it all went on the co signer of the loan unfortuately. Bad thing to have a tree trimming business with no truck. Boxley is a bad name in Cass County.

Karmer and Franks and Standriges karma has yet to come.

Process servering is the devils work and what goes around will come around. Kramer and Franks are the DEVIL. They have their fingers into everything including the Missouri Bar.

Standridge was placed into office by Mel Carnahan. Everyone that Carnahan appointed is nothing but a huge turds. Worthless, Lazy, crap that couldn't get a judgeship unless it was given to him. he has to be elected in to the position now so kick his butt to the curb voting public.

I understand your fustration, there is no one to report this to in Jackson County no one will listen. this is an example of the good old boy system. they are wyandotte county kansas sister. screwed up from top to bottom.

The similarities I find with this person's complaint are nothing short of amazing.  Same attorneys, same judge, same problem process service.  And I live with 5 minutes of Lee's Summit where the original complainant lived.

I went to court today having been sued by Midland Funding who uses the same attorneys used by Capital One: Kramer and Frank in St. Louis, exact same address.

I was "served" in my home according to the process servers but here's what happened. It was really hot and I had been working outside that day and by the time I got through I actually felt a little sick from the heat (I don't have air conditioning currently) and from being dehydrated.  My clothes were filthy (I've been doing extensive yard renovation) so I took them off in the basement except for my underwear and put them in the washer as they were too dirty to wash with anything else then I went upstairs and I saw this man and woman outside on my front walk near my front door.  I saw the woman point at me and say "there she is".  I don't know who these people are but they ring the door bell and because I'm feeling overheated/sick and don't know these people from anybody I got into the shower to try to cool off and these people came to my bathroom window which was open and started asking me my name, etc.  I couldn't believe I'm in my shower nude and these people have tracked me through my house to the bathroom (the window faces the front of the house) and they are now outside questioning me.  I told them to go away as they are trespassing and Im going to call the sheriff and the guy says "Go ahead I wish you would".  Then she says I've got something for you I'm putting it in your mailbox."  I never thought anymore about it because I was still feeling sick but a day later I found a summons stuck into my front door from Kramer and Frank PC.  Just like the original complainant here, I feel like I was harrassed and stalked in my home.  This is so similar its totally weird.  I made a record of all this before and I tried to call the police, the court, the sheriff, just got passed around and no help but I did call Kramer and Frank and complained that I had no idea who these people were and she said "we're not responsible" and I said oh yes you are because these were private process servers and you are responsible so she put me on hold and finally said she'd try to find out and call me back.  But she never did, I just continued to get collection calls from them even after they filed a lawsuit and after stalking from their process servers.

Then today when I went to court I had filed documents an Anwer, Certificate of Service, etc. with the court and had a file-stamped copy plus a signed certificate from the post office that Kramer and Frank had received my paperwork.  The attorney today from Kramer and Frank told the judge she hadn't received the papers and I told the judge I had the proof from the post office and he never asked to see it he just told me next time you file something you need to send it to the attorneys and I said I did.  He was rude and told me not to lean (I had my elbow resting on his bench) on his bench.  I was barely touching it.  He said I didn't follow the proper form and basically cut me to shreds and continued the case to give them time to look at what I filed.  I called somebody when I got home and told him what happened and then when I logged on tonight and did a search on the judge's name, I find this report that is so similar it is incredible.  I told my friend this afternoon I had the feeling that the judge and the attorney had a cozy deal worked out where he rubberstamps what she does and for someone like me acting as my own attorney I get the shaft.

These people are disreputable, the lawfirm, the process servers and the Judge and someone needs to do something about this outrageous behavior now that I see it is a repeat performance I am determined to get someone's attention about this because something is rotten in Division 25.

I never paid them, I never took the judgement, the case was dismissed w/o prejudge.

The 2 process servers (signature forgers rodney and Michelle Boxley) were fired by the Process Server Company.  i do believe that they were only fired because they were caught, I do believe that this is daily practice of this process server company. they were removed from the Jackson County Missouri (kansas City) Registered Processer List after 4 months of complaints to Judge Saur's office. 

I have sucessfully stopped 40,000 of new business going to Cap. One and will continue until I reach the 20,000,000. this is payback for having their hired process servers forge my signature, for going around my neighborhood slandering my name,stalking me and the wonderful high speed chases that went on, making this a public event,their process servers damaged my home.... and for Kramer and Franks for being the lying jerks that they are. I feel my damages are well over 100,000.

I felt good when I got the last woman I came into contact with that had a prequailfied 5000 card from Cap one to have her shred the document. all I had to do is tell her of all the crap they pulled on me.

Hi guy. I know this letter is probly too late as i just read your post. Well, be aware that those lawyers probly took it too the wrong address for a reason. They were probly gonna use an old trick on you, a scandal in my book, as its an old trick alot of them as well as the courts use. It works like this.  They intentionally send the papers to an old address knowing full well what your current address is informing u that your court date has been moved up. Guess what? U didnt show up for court cause u didnt get the paperwork telling u the new date and the court entered a default judjement against u. Your now guilty by default cause u failed to appear. Now to get the case reopened, u have to pay more to your lawyer, get the case reopened and show good cause why u missed your prev court date and now ur payin enough that it may just cost u less to just pay what the court appointed. U see how that works? But the court and the lawyer will say, well, we sent it to the only address our clerk had on file..................Bill

the process servers that Kramers and Franks hired to serve me actually tried to take the service to an old post office box that i had 6 years ago.
what a bunch of idiots-the post office personal ran them out.
