Capstone Title Services, LLC,; Jesse Johnson,Lisa Hathaway McComas, Karen Tillis Solicited for title work on a RUSH job, went and performed work, paid for copies, mileage out of pocket, told would be paid immediately, have email to back up, never paid, avoided calls and certified letters Huntington West Virginia

Was contacted by Lisa Hathaway McComas to do a RUSH title job for them. Stated they would immediately pay for the services as soon as job done. Went to 3 diffetent countie in West Virginia, Calhoun, Marion and Monongalia, completed titles, got copies, paid for them. Subiltted reports, along with Invoice as requested. 

Waited for payment, never received, calle, emailed - check was being cut. On one occasion I spoke to a Dustin in the office, promised to call me right back - no calls, called again, he was just ready to call me and give me the check numbers - when asked for them, he had to go get them, but would call back - no call to date.

It appears they have did the same thing to other independent contractors in the past. BEWARE
