Here is an example of the horrible illegal behavior employees at Captain Marketing endure each day. Their workers are treated badly and they have difficulty keeping quality employees in their Calabasas location and the San Marino location. They even opened a sweat shop in Belize where they are paying $4 per hour to unskilled workers to build cheap spammy links that cost them $.04 to make yet they charge customers $300.00 to $2000.00 for to buy them. If this is how they treat their workers how will they treat their customers?

The numbers below represent who is REALLY trying to do their job well.

New Rules:
Every day each person is responsible for a total of 4 quality appointments set up each and every day.  Count the total amount of people in the office and times the amount of people by four.  This will give you the daily goal.
Individuals who are not half way to their goal by noon do not get 10 minute breaks nor smoking breaks.  We cannot have people out of their desks until the goal is hit.  If you as an individual hit your goal then help assist those around you not hitting theirs, if they fail you fail because that is how a team works.
You are allowed a 30 minute lunch that is to be taken from 12:00PM to 12:30PM.  You are to arrive ready to work at 7:00AM, this mean at 7:00AM you are in your chair on the telephone lines.  If you want to eat and make coffee and use the restroom come in earlier to ensure your first phone call happens at 7:00AM.  You are off the clock at 3:30PM making your day 8 hours of work.  There will be no more leaving early for anyone.  This is how a business runs.
Start making the efforts to hit your minimum goals first, then make a higher goal and hit that, this is how people grow as employees and individuals.
