Please anyone who is looking at it go view the tracking # at usps.com you will see she is not telling the truth. We are not sure why you are saying you did receive the part when you didn't but if you know longer want the part you just simply can return it for a refund. Just use the prepaid label in the box we are more than glad to give you a refund. You don't need to lie and say you never received anything we are a straight up company we give refunds to customer all you have to do is send it back to us.
