Car Delivery USA Inc. 12135 NW 57th St.Coral Springs, Fl33076 Car Delivery USA Inc., scammed us out of $145 Cocoa Florida

Car Delivery USA Inc., Kara Sandra said that she could connect us with a drive who could get our car to Denver Col. in 4 days for an expedited fee of $145.  We agreed to pay this fee for the service of providing us with a driver to transport our car to Denver.After we docu signed our Bank of America credit card we expected to be provided with the the driver's name and phone number. 

We called Kara back multiple times and could not get an answer. We continued the next day to contact Kara or anyone at Car Delivery USA Inc. to no avail.  After seeing that we were scammed we contacted Bank of America credit card dispute dept. and were told we would have to wait till Monday to dispute the charges when this charge would be posted

After seeing that we were scammed we contacted Bank of America credit card dispute dept. and were told we would have to wait till Monday to dispute the charges when this charge would be posted. Following the process of the dispute Car Delivery USA Inc. refuted the "reserve fee" and claimed the service was provided.

Car Delivery USA Inc. claimed they had located, assigned and dispatched our vehicle to a carrier. Car Delivery USA Inc. claims that they assigned a carrier and that we didn't allow the carrier to pick up the car for transport.

This is insane!  Why would we provide $145 only to refuse to make our car available for pick-up?  This a quick $145 for no services performed.

This all would be a mute point if Bank of America had believed their customers dispute over this 2 star scam-riddled Car Delivery USA Inc.  

Bottom line, do not do business with Car Delivery USA Inc. or Bank of America!
