The Finance Company Scam and Fraud Norfolk Virginia

This company financed me on my first car when I was in the military at Fort Gordon in GA. I was late on my first payment because of a problem with the eft draft within two days I was getting threatening phone calls demanding payment and proof of insurance which was required before I even drove off the lot (must have full coverage to get financed standard requirement I guess) after leaving the military and going home I had trouble finding employment as do most veterans upon initial separation and so I was once again behind on payments turning to others for help my father made some payments to get me caught up a few times as did my mother and my step father in order to keep me from a repo on my credit eventually I found a decent job making enough money to pay my car the insurance and my food apt elec. etc. I once again got completely caught up with them on the third year of the four year loan only to learn that I still owed almost 10,000 dollars (I bought the car for @$9,000) needless to say I was quite relieved when I was hit from behind by a suburban totaling my 95 saturn. When I purchased the car I had also purchased gap coverage which is an additional insurance that pays any difference between insurance payment and remainder owed to finance company. So Allstate paid the claim and GAP paid the remainder of the 9,000 but here I am almost 5 years later and they are reporting to the 3 major credit bureaus that they have charged of @7,000 still owed plus they sold the account so that company is reporting me as well as a charge off I have been fighting it but they have never contacted me and to be honest I don't have all the payment records because the payments came from so many places plus the car was purchased in like 2000 and was supposed to be taking care of so I don't really have records from that far back. If you are reading this hopefully you will stay away from this company but if its to late save all your records from transactions with them for the rest of your life
