Progressive Insurance Company ripoff bad business rude They should be out of business Akron Ohio

My wife was in an accident on September 13,2002. A car ran the red light and she hit them. They were cited.. "not my wife"..

Progressive insurance was the other drivers insurance company. They have gave my wife so much dam guff about getting her truck fixed. They have still yet to fix her truck and give her a loaner car.

I am sick and dam tired of this. My wife carries her own insurance , but why should she use hers if she was not at fault ? Progressive is a ripp off..they take money in but i don't see them putting out. How long will this take for them to fix my wife's truck ? It is time for somebody to look at the way they practice business. Is this another Enron Corp.
