Progessive Insurance Company - Claims Agent Brandy Turner - Bill Banner They accepted money for full coverage commercial insurance policy and would not pay out after vehicle caught on fire !!! Savannah Georgia

My vehicle was damaged only after having insurance for a month. They would not provide a rental vehicle. I had a 2001 Chevy express van that was custom to fit the kind of work that I do with shelving and tools that were very expensive.

 They stated after a fire progressive puts your life under a microscope for the past year asking retarded questions like the medical history and bills for my DOG!! and for receipts that you cant provide trying anything and everything not to pay out on the claim.

This has happened before when I wrecked a new motorcycle while going on a road trip with friends. I got run off the road by a tractor trailer and was seriously hurt very bad . With my bike being totaled with witnesses that seen the crash and the truck progressive did not want to pay then either.

It was like pulling teeth ,finally they offered to pay out 50% so I took that thinking I had no other alternative. But I think that they are the worst insurance company on the face of the earth and would not advise anyone to be sucked in by there cheap rates.

They accept billions of dollars from people and when something happens they don't want to pay out or give a rental vehicle. Its like the pyramid scam you have all these people paying in but no one gets paid out .

 Sometimes when they do pay out they try and use all aftermarkets body panels that are lower quality parts and used junkyard salvage parts instead of new ones from the car dealer to save more money. I'm in the automotive industry and have to deal with these people on a regular basis so I know for a fact. I own my own mechanic service and work for many many body shops. Mike Savannah, Georgia

I have been looking at Progressive Ins. Agents get bonuses for the claims not paid to consumers. There are thousands of people on RIPOFF REPORT for progressive INS.

They Suck there the worst Insurance company ever. I tell everyone I'm going to set up a website just to let everyone know..
Its been over 6 months and I have to file bankruptcy and lost my business and many of accounts - customers and almost my home because of progressive Insurance agency.

When ever I see that commercial on TV I think what BS.

I live in Savannah Georgia and my claims adjuster Brandy Turner wants the medical records for my dog before she can pay out the claim.

I let them take my vehicle and there mechanics checked it out ,they tried to say that it hasn't run in years and special investigator   Bill Baehner

and took pictures of all my bushes and trees in my yard like that's helps and he kept saying and asking the same things over and over again like wheres my big shoe at???

Anyone seen my big shoe its the special one with the thick rubber sole. It was like one of the three stooges coming out to my home to investigate something. I wonder where Progressive finds these people ?

Not to mention there professionalism handling customers and claims maybe they find special needs people like that to work for low wages so Progressive Ins. can save even more money!

 I think Bill Baehner was on something or he acted like it. Then he goes to some friends of mine and tells them alot of bad things about me that was not true. Like other mechanic shops and friends that I have known for years.

I think these people need a job at the fair or something the way that they like to take advantage of people not to mention taking there money.

My dad owns a car lot he had a customer with a mini van that rolled over on the highway and Progressive told them there policy was to new that they were not covered after taking there full coverage premium. I can provide names and dates and back up all of my statements. Hell looking through ripoff reports here backs up my story alone when I go to court Ill just print out all these pages. LOL

Anyway I have a new insurance company now and Ill never use Progressive again . The only reason why I used them again is because I have had the same insurance agent for years and he's a very nice guy . I just signed the papers and didn't think to much about it until something goes wrong.

They all acted like a bunch of trailer park people very unprofessional and never the less I haven't received not one dollar from them. Terrible service I have been looking through Ripp off reports and Progressive is the number one on this site.

I even have a neighbor and it took Progressive a full year to pay out on his car.

I have filed a report with the Insurance commissioner and I have a very good attorney so hopefully I can put all this behind me and never deal with that company again.
