I rented a car in this company for a week and I was supposed to drop on saturday.
When I dropped, the office was closed. Then I realized that I was a debit in my bank account of $99 after paying for everything about this rent.
They just said that I should drop the car when the office was opened and If I arrived 10 minutes after they closed I would be charged for the whole weekend (it was written in that unlegible works on the bottom of the contract). Now they changed the name, maybe closed the office here in my city (acting this way it would be obvious, actually I'm not surprised) but I want my money back!
They are not trustful, reliable and honest!
And I'm satisfied because they can't fraud more people in my city anymore.

After further review, the customer didn't book this reservation through Car Rental Express, or through the Revolution Reservation System we put in place on Access Car Rental's website. They booked their reservation with someone at the counter.
Customer's initial confusion over the relationship between Car Rental Express and Access Car Rental has been cleared up with them, this customer now understands that we are two separate companies.
There is zero relation between this customer and Car Rental Express and we consider the matter closed.

As a regular customer, and trying to find out some company website on internet, I issue to access www.google.com , and when I tried to contact the customer service I was automaticaly redirected to this other website. Today I've sent the agreement, check out and my statements showing a double charge in my bank account. Car Rental Express gave me the Access Car Rental manager email but it doesn't exist anymore. Then I am really expecting that Car Rental Express can help me this EXTRA FEE back. No more questions.

Car Rental Express (CRX) provides online advertising for independent car rental agencies through www.carrentalexpress.com. This is a third party service similar to other forms of promotion such as radio, TV, newspaper and Yellow Pages.
CRX does not supply or rent the cars, nor does it have any role in the day to day operations of its advertisers.
Each independent rental agency is a separate business.
CRX has no authority over the rental agencies and the manner in which they conduct themselves.
CRX is not the agency the customer rented a car from, he had reserved a vehicle from Access Car Rental in Nashville, TN. As such, we (Car Rental Express) do not have a fleet of vehicles or have any control over charging any customer's credit card nor over the rates posted on the site as these are completely controlled by the agency (Access Car Rental) themselves.
We've responded to the customer's original email sent to us this week, and provided the contact information for the manager of Access Car Rental. Unfortunately we haven't had any contact with Access Car Rental since as they went out of business and canceled their services with us in August
There may have been some confusion on the customers part as to where the services of carrentalexpress.com ended and where Access Car Rental started, but we hope this post, and our email to the customer helps!
The customer has my contact information for any further assistance he'd like to inquire about.
