I talk to the Finance Manager name Barry, I notified him that I was looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz in which he didn’t have available at the time. So he called the manager name Johnathon on the phone. Johnathon informed him that he was at the Auction and he had a White 2012 Mercedez Benz with 75k miles title clean with no problems and no recalls with 2 owners that he could purchase. FRAUD

On April 22, 2017 I went to a Car Sales of South Florida 3831 Davie Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. So within that hour I was approached by Johnathon who I then gave a cash deposit of $2500.00 to purchase the vehicle. I also went to take a look at the vehicle but wasn't allowed to open the hood and crank the car. Only to look on the inside and outside of the car and take pictures. I noticed there were many scratches and marks on the vehicle.

He advised me he would have the vehicle on Monday once he go purchase the vehicle from Car Max.  No contract or paper was signed for the vehicle only a cash receipt was given and nothing else signed. On the receipt it says “ no refund if 48 hrs after time agreed upon delivery. Well on April 23 Sunday I contacted the Finance manager Barry & Johnathon  via phone and text to notify them both NOT to purchase this Vehicle because I found that the vehicle had 80 miles  and over 10 recalls on this vehicle once I looked the vehicle up on Car fax.

On Monday April 24. Johnathon text me and said that he purchase the vehicle and he was not returning my Deposit.I advised he that he was informed via text and voicemail and by Barry not to purchase the Vehicle. Once I told him that he text me a picture of a wholesale vehicle purchase agreement of a 2012 Mercedez .  I then went to visit Johnathon at the Dealership to request my Money and to see the car in which he mention he purchased and it and wasn't there. When I ask he mention that it was at Car Max. so he had neither!!! I then ask him to return the vehicle for my full refund and he still refuses to return my deposit. .

So I really need help obtaining my Deposit.
