I hired this company to move my Brand new 2009 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Los Angeles, CA to Fayetteville, NC.  The broker, Glen Holsman, told me that so many vehicles were shipping out of California I needed to pay extra to ship my vehicle. I agreed because I needed the vehicle here.  The vehicle was picked up on the 11th of August.  The vehicle was delivered on the 17th of August.  The transport truck driver got grease inside the vehicle on the seat, the door panel, even the roof liner.  Additionally, I pointed out a scratch on the hood.  He attempted to polish out the scratch with some turtle wax, leaving a greasy smear on hood.  Later, when I washed the vehicle I noticed severe scratching on the roof of the vehicle and a dent in the center of the roofline.  There was also additional scratching on the A-pillars.  It appears the shipping company put the Land Rover onto their truck and then drug the vehicle under some tree limbs.

Further,  Glen Holsman is complaining since I stopped the check paying him his $200 deposit when my vehicle arrived with $500 in damages. He's sent me harassing and disparaging emails like this one:

"Your so F O S. Saw you on FB...............lol..............no wonder your so dishonest, your a disgrace to our country. I'll file a complaint against you for canceling your deposit with no grounds. Reimbursement's being made regardless with the driver(you screwed out of $200). KARMA(already hit home I saw). A car doesn't make the person, you have to be a person to start! Whom will you con next................................ "

I am seeking reimbursement as well as legal action against Glen Holsman specifically.  I believe this to be a pattern of fraud and disreputable business.  I noticed he's changed his business name since the last complaint was filed.  He's also changed his address.  He probably has several other business names with bad reputations in that area.  He probably has to change his business name each time the complaints pile up against him.
