Hello yes when we(CARUZD) Let A customer TAKE A CAR OFF THE LOT THEY ARE APPROVED. Most of our customers get APPROVED VIA OUR WEBSITE TO SAVE TIME. STANDARD PROCEDURE IS A CREDIT APP IS OBTAINED BY THE SALES REP OR MYSELF. WE GATHER ALL CUSTOMER INFO LIKE PERSONAL INFO/ JOB INFO ETC.  THEN WE SUBMIT ALL INFO TO THE FINANCE COMPANY WHO WILL EXTEND THE LOAN.  AT THAT TIME THERE IS A WAITING PROCESS TILL A ANSWER OR (CALL BACK) COMES FROM THE BANK. NO CUSTOMER LEAVES UNTIL THE APPROVAL IS SENT BY THE LENDER. THIS APPROVAL MUST BE PRINTED AND SIGNED BY MYSELF ALONG WITH ALL PAPERWORK LIKE BILL OF SALE /CONTRACTS ETC.  I CAN REPRINT AND PRESENT THIS DOC(APPROVAL LETTER) UPON REQUEST. SO I CAN PROVE NOBODY LEAVES HERE WITHOUT AN APPROVAL. WHOM EVER MADE THIS REPORT CAN OBTAIN A COPY OF their approval at any time.   WE SELL QUALITY CERTIFIED PRE OWN VEHICLES THAT WE PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR SO WE CAN PASS ON A GREAT PRODUCT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. IM NOT NOR EVER BEEN A IN THE RENTAL CAR business SO I WOULD NEVER GIVE ONE OUR QUALITY CARS TO A CUSTOMER WHO WAS NEVER APPROVED JUST TO TAKE IT BACK IN A MONTH. WHEN CARS ARE DRIVEN AND MILES ARE ACCUMALATED THE VEHICLE VALUE DROPS THEREFORE IT WOULDNT BE GOOD business PRACTICE TO DO THAT.  FURTHER MORE I WOULD NEVER ASK A CUSTOMER TO LIE TO OBTAIN A LOAN FRAUDENTLY. I VALUE EVERY CUSTOMERS Business BUT I VALUE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY BANKS AND MY FRREDOM A LITTLE MORE. SO I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING ILLEAGAL JUST TO MAKE A FEW DOLLARS RISKING A FEW years of incarcaration. Thats not smart nor makes any sense .   Whomever made this complaint is more than welcome to obtain a copy of their dated approval letter OR TO SIT AND TALK . My door is wide open ALWAYS for any customers and there concerns.   ONLY HONEST BUISNESS DONE HERE     AARON AT CARUZD

 Same thing happened to me and they refuse to give a copy of my papers try to change me for my tag I filed a report with the state

 Dude you are lying and I have proof that you are lying because it showed up on my credit report that I was denied twice This is kalan Patterson and I tried to finance the red Volkswagen. You knew I was not financed for the car and you let me leave with the car,all you cared about was the money and when I returned the car you kept the money and the car and I still was not financed for a car. It's on my credit report man, so why are you lying. You didn't even have the decency to even give back half of my money like you said you would. Your company does commit fraud and I know this for a FACT.

Yes this is aaron at caruzd. We have been in buisness for 20 years with NO problems. Im not sure who the client is making the accusations so i cant give specifics except that we would NEVER let a customer leave the lot unless they are approved. I receive ALL my approvals in writing and can provide any documentation needed to back up my position  . We would NEVER ask a customer to committ fraud nor would i ever do such a thing.  i pass on deals all the time if the customer doesnt qualify for financing . all criteria MUST be met BEFORE any vehicles leave our dealership . we only sell QUALITY pre owned vehicles with clean car fax and warrantys . If i know who this customer was i would be willing to sit down with them to try to resolve this issue.
