Caracquire Company told they will sell my car and if not they will refund the money. Also told I can sell on my own and they will refund the money back. They did not refund the money back yet. I have email proof Colorado Springs, Colorado

Actually I got a call from caracquire.com and told that they will sell my car and I will have to pay around $500 up front.

I was fully aware of their condition that, they will try to sell my car for 90 days and if they couldn't sell my car they will refund the full amount. I was in a hurry to sell my car so I asked them, before signing up, whether they will refund the full amount, if I find a buyer on my own. I also told, I am expecting to sell the car in a week or so. They said they will refund the money, if I send them notarized bill of sale document before the 90 days period. I signed up for this agreement only after making sure, that I can sell on my own and get the money refunded. In few days I traded in my car to a dealer. I sent the notarized bill of sale document and requested for refund. Now they are not refunding the money back.

I tried diligently by calling them and emailing them to get the money back, but no refund. Any help will be really appreciated.
