Card Member Services First Financial Wellness Card Member Services has been calling me for months with harassing telemarketing calls and hangs up when I ask them to stop calling Port Richey, Florida

I received yet another call from these "people" today.  They always start out nice and polite, but the very second you stop their sales pitch, and they realize you are about to tell them to remove your name/number from their call lists, they turn nasty.

The call begins with a recording that I've hung up on over 3 dozen times.  Today I decided to tell them to remove my number so I pushed their number to talk with an agent.  He began telling me about my debt and how they would lower my rates,  I asked his name.  He gave me Tommy Lee Ferguson(sp).  Then I asked how he knew what my credit card balances and interest rates were.  He was flustered for just a second, but jumped right back into his sales pitch.

At this point I just jumped into it and asked for his phone number.  He responded "we can't give out that information."  So I asked "how do you know my credit information, and if you're looking at it, what are the last four numbers of my social security number?"  He responded, "I can't give out information over the phone..." at this point I interrupted him again, and said "you can't give it to me, because you don't have it, so let me tell you something..." (this is where I was going to demand my phone number be removed.)  He then got nasty switching from an african-American business person to full on ghetto speak, "You ain't got to tell me nuffin' 'cause I ain't gonna lissen to nuffin'.

Ayway, I'm not sure he heard me tell him to remove my number as he hung up.  I'm on disability and don't have caller ID, so I can't get a number to call, if one would even show up.  There has got to be a way to shut down these kind of criminal phone calls.

I believe that there are two different "Card Member Services" one that is legit and part of Chase Bank/ First USA, and the other is a complete scam, trying to steal your credit card number.

The scammers are calling you, and they dont care if you want the calls stopped or if you are on the Do Not Call list. The real company can't help you. 

i think first financial in located in atlanta ga... and the assistant supervisor is matthew or frank who always answer the phone... the owner of the company use to also run a scam company " america reading choice llc" and was also located in atlanta...
