For over a year late charge fees of $35 each month have been added to my credit account handled by Card Processing Center of Hicksville New York. In desperation, I started sending two seperate payments, at different times of the same month. I thought this would at least put me two payments ahead. But nooooo.

When after a years time, I still owed over $450 on a two year old account that was $300 charged. I turned in despair to trying to contact this so called Card Processing Account aka Newport News over the internet. Not only could I not find a web page, I could not find a payment center. I resorted to calling Newport News direct, this is where the fun began..

I started by calling a 1-800 number for complete directions to this Card Processing Center, or some way of contacting these people to pay on the internet. She gave me a bogus number that said my card was closed and handled by someone else but they did not know who. I proceeded to tell her, stop giving me the run around and give me the number so I could talk to someone or I would turn them into the Better Business Bureau. I finally received the 1800 number that I needed but.
this is where the fun begins.

She stated that sorry, but just because I send in a few payment each month at different times does not mean they are not justified in charging me $35 late fee charge every single month. So, I filed with the Better Business Bureau and I went and mailed a money order for this $450 payment they clain I owe them by registered letter and I am waiting to see just how long it takes them to pick up this registered letter.

This is a scam to take not the rich Americans but the poorer Americans for huge amounts of money. Beware of this company senior citizens, and young people or you will be drained out of every penny they can take by $35 a month. There is a reason they don't want you to pay quickly on the internet or by automatically taking it out of your checking account each month. This way, they are getting away with charging and billing you $35 a month overdue fee, and this little credit card bill became a monster of a bill over night. They forget to tell you that they charge $8 each month if you have it taken out of your checking account.

Something has got to be done about this scaming of the people. What can we do? I figured for a $400 bill I have paid them over $4000.
