CardFlex Cardflex Merchant Services Credit Card Processing (ACH) Companies Internet

I signed up with this company which promised me no transaction fees with credit card services. They had me sign a paper and it was done. Recently I found their work to be a bit shady and wanted to switch to another company. I made the switch with no problem and nothing was mentioned to me. Later on I saw that they deducted $4720 from my bank account. I called and called with no reply and just an answering machine. Finally I called with an unknown number and finally the guy that sold me the package picked up. I asked why they took money out of my account without me authorizing it.

 He said I signed the paper that said they could do that. I said where in the paper did I sign for that. He said on the bottom of the paper in very fine print it states that by signing this paper I agree to have been given their guide, read it and agreed to all terms. I was never given this guide and I was not aware of its terms. Apparently somewhere in the guide it states we are signing a 5 year contract and that if it is terminated we will pay a big penalty. This is ridiculous as this was never mentioned to me. The guy I spoke with started laughing when i told him he never once brought this up to me and said he will take care of the charge. He is a crook and a liar. This company is a fraud. They make you sign a paper that seems all fine and then hidden there are terms you are never made aware of. Avoid this company! I am looking to find a lawyer. They are ripping me off.
