Cardinale Way Mazda Buyers Beware!!!!! mesa, Arizona

I purchased a 2012 Mazda CX9 on 8-31-2012 and traded in my 2008 Chrysler 300.

I started receiving calls from my lender on the Chrysler because the dealer had not paid it off.I called the dealer and was told by the finance mgr that I had to come in and re sign the paper work we had a 3 way conversation with the lender on 9-14 and was told all was good and the Chrysler would be paid off .

On 9-25 I received a call from the finance mgr saying I had to come in and sign new paperwork.I went to the dealer and told her due to the increasing numbers I wanted my Chrysler back and she told me I could not have it back it was gone.I told her I still owned it and insured it and I wanted it back and she again said it was gone and there was nothing I could do.

I kept getting calls from the lender on the Chrysler and on 10-3-2012 I called the Mazda dealer and spoke with the finance mgr Joean Senatore she told me all was good with my lender and it was paid off and she also told me "whats one late payment "-I called the lender and they told me Cardinale Way had not paid off my vehicle and that I had to make a payment on a car that I did not have anymore so I would not have a late payment on my record.

 I traded the Mazda in to a local Nissan dealer because every time I drove it it reminded me of the dealership and the finance mgr.I lost over $6,000 on my trade in because they would not let me have it back and I lost more than that on the Mazda.
