I followed Cardpool's instructions and created an account to trade in three gift cards of mine for Amazon gift card credit. After inputting my gift card information and confirming the sales, I recieved one email for each gift card confirming the transaction. However, several days later I have not recieved any followups or payments, even though they promised that this process takes two business days maximum. I currently wish to cancel these listings but the website is very limited and does not give users any options other than buy or sell. I am not able to spend these gift cards because they will charge my debit card I used for the purchase if I do.
