 On 7/21, I withdrew $60.00 from the machine at the HEB (60128000) in Cedar Park TX.  I was charged $62.50 ( fine) , however I have since been charged an additional $2.50 twice, I really would like my money back.


Trying to speak to someone at Cardtronics is a joke.I know it's 'only" $5, but a lot of charges add up as profit to Cardtronics. I will be contacting HEB in Cedar Park TX to let them know about the machine.
