Care One Debt Managment Internet

I had prefect credit before enrolling with Care One; I was just stretched to the max every month and thought this would be a good solution. I enrolled in the auto draft from my checking account every month and Care One always got their money on time. This continued for 6 months, and then one day I decide to organize my paperwork and finally open my credit card statements. To my surprise ALL of the accounts that Care One Credit was supposed to be paying were in the red. I called Care One Credit and spoke to a manager she asked that I fax all of my statements over which I did immediately. I was told that I would be a priority customer and receive a call back in 48 hrs; 5 days later after receiving no response I called the direct line the manager gave me and it was disconnected. After about 30mins of arguing I finally tracked the manager down through the regular 1800 number. She said this happens all the time and had no recollection of my case. I told her immediately to stop ALL business with my credit accounts and bank, then of course called the bank and spent another $60 to place a permanent stop payment on Care One. Since then I have received two $15 checks form Care One for over payments to a company I have never heard of. I had questioned those payments for day one and no one could ever tell me what company that was or the account number or anything. I am now totally destroyed, I am a full time student and only 20 years old, my debt went from about 12000 with manageable payments to over 25000 with payments I can't even begin to afford. I am completely lost as to where to go from here I can no longer afford any of my payments and my credit is COMPLETELY destroyed all I ever get are calls from bill collectors, I don't know what will happen next.
