Care Services dishonest, greedy and unreperable,unyeilding and unreasonable, illegally holding my possessions hostage Raleigh North Carolina

 Care Services and anohter comany were called immediately after a flood in my lower floor hoping to salvage my posessions.

Care servicess showed up first, so I gave them the go ahead to remove the water. They also took out the carpet and put my possesssions in a pod they carried away without my permission. They took clothes out of my dryer instead of giving them to me, took them to a cleaners, for me to pick up costing me money unnecessary and now holding them hostage with my belongings because they did not specify their bill to me at the time, and I told them I could only pay what insuranc would pay them to get the water out.

They said ok, and started and took everything off to a place where I have no access and are trying to milk the ins co for 11,000 for clean up other companies woud have done for less than a thousand dollares . The were denied the rest of the job of the sheetrock for their orsorbadant prices my ins co would not pay. Since Jonathan will not release my posessions being I do not what them to do the job of reconstruction, they are being held hostage until my ins co pays them 11,346 and then they will not release them.

They demand full paymen unspecified to me at the time of signing a contract.  I never would have  allowed the to remover my property if their paper or they had said they would take my stuff off somewhere out of my control witout my signing for that and withhold them from me until they were paied an amount they did not even specify untilafter the did the cleanup. The presented me with a bill for 11,000 and anothe for 28,000 to do the work on the reconstruction. I told them I did not want them to do the reconstruction.

The ins com is truing to get my stuff back. No other contractor has acted like these people. Other contractors put a pod \ on my property giving me the key to get into my posession whenever I needed to. And they took clothes out of my dryer and took them off to be cleaned again and I have no posession of my clothes even. I just filed bankruptsy and cannot buy new clothes at this time. I need my possessions and my clothes. Their contract even made me authorize my insruanc co to pay them directly which insurance compainies don't do.

They pay me and the mortgagte holder and I get the money and pay them eventually. Other contractors have waited months to get paid after completing the entire job of my items and sheetrock and reconstruction and waiting until my carpet waw put in, to return the items. paying for a pod the entire time.

These people took me for everythign I had and didn't have. They told me they intended to get my insurancecom to pay their prices. They wont. Now even if they get my poesssions released I have to pay a pod to put them in until I can pay a contractor to do the work.  

This company is out to bleed innocent people of moneys to pad their pockets at the expense of decency and fair market value for thier services. They are mad I did not let them try to get in court Alsatate to pay the cost of both their charges.

I fired them and found a contractor who will do the reconstruction and the mould Care would have left behind my wallsfor 4000. the going price for such work. Their bill was 30,00  thousand. I did  not authorize them to dothe reconstruction. I found out their price after they started and did the cleanup and freaked out .

My insurance co is a hostage too, having to pay 5 times fair market value for the work they did to retrieve my posessions taken without my concent. I don't even know where my clothes are that were in the dryer safe and sound and clean. They were taken off and I will never see them . I just filed chap 13 and will have to buy new clothes. And I will have to pay the reconstruction because Alstate will not pay me the money my policy specifies for a flood. it says contents 200,000 and building 200,000 or more.

Alstate is trying to get my posessions, but has not upheld the amounts my poligy calls for. Nor are they paying the reconstruction and the carpet as of yet. I am in a flood plain or could not buy insurnance from Fema, and my needs are not being met financially. The care services bills are outrageous and I dont' blame Alstate for not wanting to pay them. But I am hostage of both Alststate and the Care Services . Do not use care services. They will threaten you not to return your posessions.

They will insist you hold your insurance co to way more than is reasonable and to try to get them to pay their absorbant prices. They are sharks . They are out for blood. monitarily and personally at my expense. There is not a human bone on any of the personell's body I spoke with. Alstate is trying at least. Alstate has been humane and dealing with a hostage situation that should never have ocurred.

DO NOT CALL CARE SERVICES TO DO WATER RESTORATION FOR YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE 60,000 TO THROW AWAY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CONTOL OF YOUR PROPERTY OR ETHICAL DEALINGS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO FEELING. THEY ARE OUT for MONEY ONLY AND MONEY NOT REASONABLE. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A WIDOW WHO JUST FILED BANKFUPTSY. I AM NOw AT THE MERCY OF THEM FOR MY MERE POSESSIONS, AND NOT RESTORATON even DONE NOR ANYWORK WORTHY OF MORE THAN A THOUSAND. FMV ,FOR WHAT THEY DID. ANY CO. WOULD HAVE DONE FOR A THOUSAND.

THE ENTRIE WORK THEY DID AND RESTORATION AND RETURN OF ITEMS AFTER WAITING FOR PAYMEBT FOR 4 MONTHS WAS DONE BY A CONTRACTOR LAST TIME FOR 4000. A REASONALBLE AMOUNT. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR POSESSIONS OR YOUR HOUSE OR ANYTHING . Care Services WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE FOR A FORTUNE NOT WARRENTED. AND A MEAGER UN PROFESSIONAL JOB. DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH THEM, IF YOU ARE SANE AND VALUE YOUR MONEY AND PROPERTY.
