Attendance policy is stricy, however the management team is lenient on certain people that they chose to "like".  If you are not one of the special people int he clique, you will be targeted and pushed out the door.  They will tell you to go home when you are sick, but they will write you up for it.  They will not allow you to use any of your sick days, or your PTO so that you can go or stay home sick without being fired for it. 

You are given 20 days of PTO, however you will never be allowed to use them if you are white.  That's right, only the black employees who ask for days off are approved to take them off.  This comes week after week consistantly by the black management.  This is embarrasing to type, but it is very true.  The proof was literaly on the wall as the PTO schedule was posted each week. 

Management often provides the wrong training for new software brought in.  However, if you make a mistake using this new software with the wrong training that was provided, you will be written up. 

The manager has no previous experience in the medical coding field, no desire to learn the new job, and posesses a degree in Art.  How does a person like this get hired?  Ask this person to help you with an isue, and you are turned away because she does not know the answer.  There have been times that the customer was told that we could not help because the manager did not know the answer or could be bothered to help. 

Management constantly threatens your job, and speaks to you in an abusive manner.  I wouldn't wish employment at this place on my worst enemy.  As a grown and responsible adult, I expect to be treated as one.
