Some thing should be done about these people, My personal and professional information has been retained deceptively and used without my consent for leads to colleges and I'm sure all kinds of unrequested solicitaion, by email and phone, I know I quailify for the position, but I have yet to me contacted by anyway for anything other than to sell me something and increasingly, every college on the 'Internet" has called me about continuing my education.

People this is more troubling than you may first fully understand, our information is in the hands of god knows who, and we may only know the tip of the iceburg as to what will be done with it...undoubtly, they will be making money off of it..

I'm sorry you are having difficulties

AUTHOR: Career Network - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 26, 2008

If you specifically did not request for our advertising partners to contact you, and you are -- I am very sorry. Although I cannot research your specific case, it must be a glitch in the system which I will notify the tech team exists.

To be clear, we only contact applicants with opportunities who specifically agree to our offers. This is done for two reasons. Primarily, it is done for your privacy. We value and respect your privacy and do not in any way wish to interfere with it. Secondly, only applicants who are serious about the opportunities are of value to our promotional partners. If you mark that you wish to receive this information, but really don't, you will be adding to the workload of our partners unnecessarily. In short, you will be wasting their time, and your's.

Refusing to participate in any of our offers will not negatively impact your consideration for the listed position. We act only as an intermediary between the applicants and the hiring companies, and do not interfere with the delivery of submitted resumes for any reason. To do so would jeopardize our relationships not only with our corporate clients but our advertising partners as well.

Once those resumes are delivered, the rest of the process is solely in the hand of the employer. The decision to hire, not hire, contact, etc. is theirs alone. If they receive a large amount of resumes, they may require extra time to respond to the applicants who did not make the cut.

As is the case with any job you apply for, just because you are qualified for the job that does not mean you are the most qualified. As the decisions are not ours to make, we cannot tell you if this is the case or not. We encourage you to use every resource available to you in your job search until you land that perfect new position.

I hope this clears up any confusion you may have regarding our Web site and our recruitment services. Please feel free to contact us with any further issues or suggestions at info@careernetwork.us.com.
